Yemoja was chosen as one of innovative startups in foodtech to be featured on Restaurant of
the Future Show, a TV series by Dutch national TV channel.
Dutch science journalist, Anna Gimbrere, interviewed Yemoja’s Co-founder, Dr. Amikam Bar-
gil, and learnt how Yemoja Ltd. cultivates microalgae to maximize its full potential for the
production of high-quality natural ingredients.
